Hawk & Hawthorne is a well known and well loved outdoor music venue, wedding sanctuary and practicing permaculture community nestled in the Appalachian mountains just 20 minutes north of downtown Asheville, North Carolina. Centered around a lovingly restored heritage tobacco barn and surrounded by fruit trees, homestead gardens, spring-fed waters, forest trails and sweeping Appalachian views, the Hawk has served as an organic gathering place for the Asheville and Barnardsville community for over 30 years -- hosting hundreds of weddings, workshops, retreats and intimate live performances. Known for our breathtaking natural setting, world-class sound system and deeply intentional professional event production, Hawk & Hawthorne has become one of the most beloved and unique outdoor venues in Western North Carolina. Every gathering here is designed to feel immersive, heartfelt and transformational -- the kind of experience that lingers with people long after the music fades and the fires burn low.
