ABOUT
Iris is a New York based live loop artist, vocalist, soundscape designer and mythopoetic bard. Combining soulful vocals, production + live looping to create hypnotic, dream-like sound scapes, ranging from mediations to beat centric dance music. Deeply influenced by her time spent in nature, Iris has a diverse background in wilderness skills, sound healing, painting, writing and mysticism; coloring her sets with a confluence of natural textures, world instruments, sounds of space, vocal harmonies and rhythmic prose. She believes music is a ritual, an offering, a force of story telling, of magic, alchemy, togetherness + evolution.
