These circles are a sacred space for us to show up exactly as we are and honor the full spectrum of experience in our lives. It’s an opportunity to deepen connections to ourselves, the other sisters in the circle, and to the patterns in nature that we are intricately woven within.

______

The temperature is warming, the songs of earth are singing louder, the buds are sensuously opening to the sun. We gather this month to take notice of what is blooming in our lives. Where can we be more present with life’s simple pleasures? What is this cycle of growth awakening within us?
_______

Expect seasonal herbal tea, invigorating movement, a guided meditative journey, reflective journaling, and nourishing partner and group practices guided by Morgan. We will also be treated to a very special sound bath guided by Nevine.

Space is limited to create a cozy, intimate environment. Secure your spot now :)

______

We have crossed the threshold of the Vernal Equinox. The pace of nature is quickening. All around & within us, the song of life is stirring, preparing to sing the hymns of Spring.
Let us gather to playfully wake up our bodies from Winter slumber, sending the nourishment of rest upward and outward for our next growth cycle.

Sunday, December 21st | 2 - 5 PM

The Winter Solstice marks the shortest day of the year before the days begin to grow again in length, welcoming the “return of the light.” This point marks the beginning of winter, a period of rest, reflection, stillness and deep rejuvenation.

Join us for a very special day to honor this seasonal transition.

We will begin with a guided tea meditation and breathwork to connect to the medicine of native Evergreen trees: Eastern White Pine, Spruce, and Cedar. These tree’s medicine shine strongly at this time of the year, offering physical support to the immune system and to respiratory function.

On a more energetic level, these trees helps us connect to stagnated emotions, circulating what needs to be stirred and moved through our systems for release. What we hold heavy in our hearts and stagnant in our lungs will be acknowledged, thinned, and dispersed with fresh breath and illumined spirit.

From here, you will be guided through a deeply rejuvenating & restorative yoga class, holding poses for an extended period of time to contact the deeper layers: the fascia, connective tissues and subtle realms of the energy body.

While holding the poses, you will receive reiki and intuitive healing touch offered by Meryl.

Let us journey through the Winter connected to the bright, illumined Source of love within our hearts.

At this point in the wheel of the year, we are descending from the expansive heat & growth of summer towards the grounding, balancing roots of autumn. We will reflect on the experiential fruits we savored this past season and soulfully plan our next steps forward.

Expect grounding movement, breathwork, and meditation along with a seasonally prepared herbal beverage, space to reflect and journal, and share what’s on our hearts and minds in the company of a supportive circle of sisters.

About Marely
Marely, a devoted student of plant medicine and spiritual arts, curates ceremonies, retreats, and trainings around deepening our connection to the elements, ourselves, and each other.

Weaving her indigenous & cultural wisdom, eastern studies, and relational skills - she holds cacao ceremonies supported by traditional prayers, medicine songs, expansive topics of open discussion based off of the Mayan calendar and nawales, and beautiful stories.

The cacao ceremonies invite everyone to open their hearts, receive and share inspiration, and co-create a mandala of sensory and embodied connection.

The ceremony consists of prayer to the 4 directions, Mayan stories and inspiration, medicine songs, honoring cacao & space for the group to share their reflections.

Why Cacao?
Cacao is known as a powerful plant medicine, long revered in indigenous cultures for its ability to open the heart, foster connection, and elevate consciousness. 🌿❤️ It’s no wonder cacao has been used in ceremonies for centuries — its natural compounds can enhance mood, stimulate the senses, and ground you in the present moment.

Physiological Benefits:
• Boosts serotonin and endorphins, lifting your mood naturally
• Improves blood circulation, fueling your body with warmth and energy
• Full of antioxidants, supporting overall health and vitality

Spiritual Connections:
Cacao has been called the "Food of the Gods" and is often used to invite inner clarity and intention. As we sip this sacred drink together, we’ll set collective and personal intentions to guide us through the dance. The energy of cacao allows for deep heart-centered awareness, helping us connect more deeply to ourselves and each other as we move freely through space. 🌟💃

Let us gather under the November Full Moon in sisterhood & support for each other’s cyclical nature.

As women, we feel deeply. We are in constant flux and transformation. We move through life in rhythms that wax and wane in parallel with nature’s seasons and cycles.

When we gather and attune to the pulse of this cycle together, we can access the wisdom and power in each ebb and flow rather than just being tumbled about in chaos and confusion.

Expect to immerse in a shared space of raw, authentic expression through movement, meditation, story, and sound. We will share a seasonal herbal beverage together, share what’s on our hearts, and be forever transformed by the power of a circle of women.

These circles are a sacred space for us to show up exactly as we are and honor the full spectrum of experience in our lives. It’s an opportunity to deepen connections to ourselves, the other sisters in the circle, and to the patterns in nature that we are intricately woven within.

______

At this time in nature, the seeds & soil are stirring under layers of snow, the earth’s fire of growth waking up slowly from its Winter slumber. We too may feel a slow stirring of awakening within, awaiting the longer days of sunshine and rise in temperature. We will start to stoke our inner flames together and reflect on the seeds we wish to plant come Spring.

Expect seasonal herbal tea, slow & sensual movement meditation, reflective journaling, and nourishing partner and group practices.

These circles are a sacred space for us to show up exactly as we are and honor the full spectrum of experience in our lives. It’s an opportunity to deepen connections to ourselves, the other sisters in the circle, and to the patterns in nature that we are intricately woven within.

As we venture deeper into the darker months, the season asks of us to rest, turn inward, and restore. This can feel challenging especially with the hustle & bustle of the holidays. This is an opportunity to carve out time to lay down your bones, breathe deep, and prepare to receive the nourishment of winter.

Expect seasonal herbal tea, slow & intentional movement, a deep meditative journey, and nourishing partner and group practices.

As we venture deeper into the darker months, the unseen realms stir & come alive within our senses. Seasonally, this is a time to look within, broaden our intuitive perceptions, and bow our heads humbly to the wisdom of our ancestors.

We will explore these themes & energetics through herbal tea, movement, meditation, partner practices, and group sharing.

This month’s circle will take place on the Autumn Equinox, a potent time to celebrate the balancing point of day & night, the union of dark & light. This point marks the transition into fall where the extroverted energy of Summer slows, turns inwards, and exhales to rest and restore in the growing fertile darkness.

We will explore these themes & energetics through movement, meditation, partner practices, and group sharing.

This month’s circle will be a very special one, hosted by Morgan & Meryl at Quantum in Northvale. Space is limited to create a cozy, intimate environment. Secure your spot now :)

These circles are a sacred space for us to show up exactly as we are and honor the full spectrum of experience in our lives. It’s an opportunity to deepen connections to ourselves, the other sisters in the circle, and to the patterns in nature that we are intricately woven within.

______

As the wheel of the year turns, we make our way towards Winter’s end, feeling the imminent buds of Spring stirring awake from their slumber.

We will gather to begin the slow swirl upward and outward from our wintry cave, ready to welcome new, fresh growth. We will explore this through activating movement, breathwork, and both individual & communal reflection.

What lessons did we learn this Winter?
What are we ready to pour our creative energy into come this Spring?

Space is limited to create a cozy, intimate environment. Secure your spot now :)

This month, we will gather to deepen into the medicine of Winter and attune to the frequency of true, unwavering self-love.
We will explore slow and sensual movement, replenish the spaces within us that require restoration and give & receive supportive touch.

How can we further lean into the systems of support in our lives when needed?

Let us gather in circle and inspire each other’s journeys, giving and receiving support in community.

———
What to bring with you:
-A journal and something to write with
-Mug for tea
-A special item to add to the altar for our time together

Space is limited - save your spot now.

Let us circle up for the first full moon of the year! According to Native American tradition, January’s full moon is called the “Wolf Moon” due to the evocative howls of wolves heard on a chilling winter night.

We will tap into our wild nature together and reorient our rhythms to the natural cycle of earth. This is a time for wintering - for reflection, rest, and release of the old. From a space of depth and connection, we shall dream up the seeds to plant and nurture for upcoming seasons.

What dreams, creations, and desires are dancing within to be realized this year?

Let us gather in circle and inspire each other’s journeys, giving and receiving support in community.

Full Moon Women’s Circle","description":"

This month’s women’s circle takes place around the Taurus Full Moon during Scorpio season. There will be an emphasis on our relationship to sensuality and reflection on the ways we show up to our every day activities and routines. What routines and perspectives need a refresh? What daily actions can we breathe fresh life into? How can we truly savor the nectar of a moment?

We will explore this theme through guided breath, movement and meditation practices as well as journaling, sharing, and partner work.

This will be a small, intimate circle with only 12 spots available. The specific address in Sparkill, NY will be given closer to the date of the circle.

This month’s women’s circle will take place around the October Full Moon known as the “Hunter Moon” as it was the time for Native Americans to hunt and gather their food in preparation for winter.

We will be playing with the spiritual significance of this as we turn within to ready and fortify ourselves for the darker, colder seasons of the year. We will prepare to receive the true, revitalizing rest and nourishment that we need to live our most bountiful, sustainable lives.

We will explore this through guided breath, movement and meditation practices as well as journaling, sharing, and partner work.

This will be a small, intimate circle with only 15 spots available. The specific address in Sparkill, NY will be given closer to the date of the circle.
