BKAMF is known far and wide in the live music community as a trail blazing inclusive and diverse festival. Audiences enjoy at least 70 % women identifying and women led bands, LGBTQ and BIPOC, emerging and established artists at women artist independently owned and operated small business along the waterfront. The 12th annual BKAMF September 10 - 13, 2026 presents 90% women identifying led bands from NYC, New Orleans LA, Asheville NC, small town Illinois, Philadelphia, California, and beyond.
