Chhandayan is a not-for-profit charitable organization of Indian music. It also includes dance in a limited way. Originally registered in the state of New York, with it's headquarters situated in the center of New York City, it is now spread out in a few other states within the USA (New Jersey, Maryland, Virginia and Pennsylvania) and a few other countries (Canada and India). It offers concerts and several types of educational programs. Chhandayan is rich with it's diverse productions and publications. Chhandayan's store is full with resources. Chhandayan has done exemplary works in aid of the destitute in the USA, Mexico, Afghanistan and Nepal.
