Your Breathwork Journey: Get ready for an experience that transcends typical meditation. Our breathwork sessions are designed to be active and deeply engaging, often leading to euphoric sensations, tingling, and powerful emotional releases. It's common to experience tears, laughter, or other sounds as you move through blockages. You'll lie comfortably on your mat, using provided eye coverings and quality headphones to amplify your journey. We'll move through 10 minutes of warm-up, 20 minutes of active breathwork, and conclude with 10 minutes of calming meditation and sound healing.
